How We Got Here

Focusing on the greater Washington, DC region but with national and international experience, Ben and Greg have completed over 250 transaction together in the past decade. They have built a team and service offering that continues to evolve as their clients' needs change. Today they lead a team of experienced and knowledgeable real estate professionals that can provide all of the real estate services that Tenant's need. They have also continued to adopt new technologies such as space utilization software, data management and document sharing to help stream line the process for their clients.

BEN PLAISTED

For the past 20 years Ben Plaisted has assisted local and national Washington, DC tenants with their office space requirements. To date, Ben has participated in real estate transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet with an asset value of more than $250 Million. Ben leads a team of real estate advisors at Savills who have become one of the most active tenant representation teams in downtown Washington, DC. Ben lives in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and three children. He spends most of his time attending kids sporting events and enjoying time with his family on the Chesapeake Bay.

Greg Scheipers has completed over 2M SF of transactions. Greg leverages his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients with advancing their goals and objectives through strategic real estate planning. Greg represents the mix of tenants in the Washington, DC region that include both local and national non-profits and associations, law firms, and government contractors. Greg currently resides in the Palisades in Washington, DC with his wife and three children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and anything to do with the beach and ocean.
